About us

The objective of Sport Aarhus Events is to attract major national and international sports events to the city of Aarhus. We are a specialist service, functioning as the local connecting link between the event maker and the city of Aarhus. As such, we facilitate contacts and enable and assist event makers in obtaining an overview of the many facilities available in Aarhus. Furthermore, we participate in the planning and execution of major events.
 
The Sport Aarhus Events administration is located in the House of Sport at the NRGI Arena. It normally has two full-time employees, but because of next summer's European Under-21 Football Championship, they have been joined by an additional project manager and project coordinator.
